This Week’s Harvest, 4/6
Sunny and 76. That’s what we’re enjoying in Paris this afternoon. You couldn’t tell from this selection of winter holdovers, though. Still, I’ve got plans. Tonight I’m having dinner with some girlfriends. We’re making leek bread pudding, harissa carrot salad, and a big green salad. With radishes for the apéro, that takes care of half the panier in one night!
Those little potatoes are so adorable, I think I want to simply halve them and roast them, so as to preserve their cuteness before I devour them.
The eggs that don’t go into the bread pudding are getting scrambled this weekend for breakfast. The apples need. to. stop.
