A veritable rainbow this week!
The red tomatoes (check out that one at the top – it’s the size and shape of a bell pepper!) and green lettuce will go nicely in the tacos I have planned for tonight.
Blushing orange apricots and deep yellow egg yolks, combined with cream, milk, and sugar, will give me a glorious summer ice cream.
That adorable purple cabbage is going to be perfect in this delicious, blue cheese-spiked coleslaw.
Earthy brown potatoes would be great on the grill, if I had one.
And what of Mr. Cucumber there? Well, the pickle jar is nearly empty…
